Changing Regulator Hoses

When changing out the hoses, how tight should you make them to the first stage? How tight to the Reg/ocot? Hand tight and 1/4 turn with a wrench or holy crap I think I sprained my wrist tightening that? Standard just snug and just a bump extra seems right to me but wanted to make sure.

You only need them tight enough so they don't unscrew on you. I do mine finger-tight, and then apply a gentle nudge with a wrench.
