Hi!
I thought about going diving on Cebu.
I have always enjoyed Moalboal.
But how about the diving Dalaguete/Alcoy (Dive Point Alcoy) compared to other sites in Visayas, eg. Malapascua, Bohol?
All suggestions will be appreciated.
