Cebu 7 days, where to dive? Malapascua and...?

I got lucky when I was there in August as they came back not too long before.

Just got back last week from Cebu. Viz is horrible but luckily the night dive and macro dive at Dauin make up for the disappointment. We are unable to dive at Balicasag and instead go to Oslob zoo instead. This is due to new diving restriction on number divers allowed in Balicasag and this mean the LOB don’t get the priority pass as compared to the local dive shops at Panglao Island. Forget to add although viz is bad, we dived at Pamilacan Island and counted at least 15 green turtles in a single dive! Some of them are as big as a coffee table!
