I decided to focus on land pics since I am not even close to BubbleBlocker's U/W pics (we have a good symbiotic relationship... I do land she does U/W :D )

In February of this year we decided to take a trip on the Cayman Aggressor since we wanted to get back to Little Cayman & Brac (our place is on GC), but knew winter time was chancy due to winds (usually 15 knots) and rougher seas on the north side. Well, weather gods smiled on us and weather was amazing and thus this picture of the first morning off of Little Cayman...this is the sea in February!!

Well since I'm always singing the praises of Caymans macro world, thats what I'll offer up.
To begin, a pretty little Gaudy Clown Crab. Photo taken at LightHouse Pt shore dive,Grand Cayman, on the hard pan, in about 22 feet of water..during daylight hours. Over the course of several days, we found 3 different ones with in a very short distance of one another..

Do yourself a favor; surface swim to the buoy, then go down. Can add 10+ mins of bottom time, comparing my BT to others that went in after me, and were out way before me.

View attachment 132764[/QUOTE] A very familar spot to be sure..:)You might save a bit on air waiting until you hit the buoy to descend, But I have seen SO MANY critters between the ladder and where your descending..Octopus, Squid, Orange Ball Corallimorphs, Beaded sea Cucumbers, Sea stars, Nudibranchs, Triton Trumpets, Viper morays, the list goes on..:) Try it sometime!!!

Another oldie ...

...the rest of the story is that this was one of the earliest 'friendly groupers' (by whatever name..."Charley"?) on Little, and I wasn't really aware that he was around ... he introduced himself by a cat-like rub behind that was delivered between my legs ... and above the knees.
