I think those are examples of Giant Coral.

That would be my guess too. I have seen them off Little Cayman too. They are hard coral.

EDIT..:....I probably won't get a chance to post many from the last day of diving ie Day 6(that's several months away in chronological order---& have a big trip up for beginning of May to Rangiroa-----& will be on to editing-hopefully--more pics in latter May)--So, you that are familiar with Brac, is this video(link below) the very beginning of the debris field of the 'Cayman Mariner'???...
