Anyone know if the Carib Dancer took out passengers last week or this week since their 12/27 cancellation?

Inquiring minds (or at least mine) want to know.

According to an email correspondance I had with Dancer Fleet on Jan 7 they said the latest Carib Dancer charter did go out as planned. I'm curious to read the trip report and hear how it went. I'd also like to read about the trip prior to the cancellation, I was never able to determine if that one was cut short. Of course Dancer Fleet hasn't posted a report either here or on their website since the Dec 1 charter. Very telling in my opinion from a company that seems to regularly post trip reports.

They also seem to have ignored at least one request for a status update on their facebook page.

I am also curious. I noticed the lack of Capt Log entries as well. They posted a special with $700 off this trip June to Sept. Enticing but would like to hear more about what may be going on.

Even at the $700 off special this trip is not worth it. Hands down it was the worst liveaboard I have been on in over 25 years of diving. Horrible choice of dive sites, the boat never really went anywhere, Nitrox % low and inconsistent, tanks leaked, there are virtually no fish on the reefs, and on the last day they pulled up the ladder and dingy and started up the engines without ever checking to see that a diver was still on the water. The reason they do not post any Captain's logs is there is nothing to worth mentioning on these trips and the majority of the passengers have nothing good to say about the dives or the ship.
