Anyone out in this area in this time frame? Would like to get a private boat tour to swim with the whale sharks vs with a full crowd if others are interested.

Oops, I thought you are going on August 12-16, Instead of July 12-16. I have 2 private boats reserved for whaleshark tour on August 14 that can fit 6 additional people.

I was there for 4th of July, there were hundreds of sharks in the water!

Went with Mexico Divers in Isla Mujeres. I would use them again if I went again. Was a good trip!

14 of us will be going to Isla Mujeres for the first time, diving & whaleshark touring with Aqua Adventure & staying in Ixchel Beach Hotel for 4 nights. Any tips & recommendations about the dive shop, the whaleshark tour & diving there will be very much appreciated. 10 of us will also be diving in cenote for one day. Any tips & comment about the cenote diving will also be very much appreciated. Thanks!
