Am I missing something or is there no burst disc on that valve? If not, probably not be able to get tank filled anyway.

Valve and OP are not in the US. Different hardware.

it is a m25 european valve, so no burst disc. zef is from belgium.

Zef is from US...Zef is in Belgium (stationed over here).
