Camera Reviews-Non Partisan

Does anyone know of a good site to find non partisan, non commercial camera reviews?
Maybe someone could write the consumer reports edition for underwater cams.
Everything I have been able to find thus far is in commercial dive magazines, where the review is little more than a paid advertisment for the latest espensive doo-dad to hit the market.
I would just like one imaprtial article that ranks comperable equipment.
Does anyone have any ideas????
