For real, my son lives in Cinci with his mean old mom... I just might bump into some of you fellers one of these days, and that's no BS.

Well for real, I notice your a troublemaker, hmmm. If your ever coming up
this way we would be glad to extend some KY/IN/OH or known as KPP
hospitality and dive with you. Just drop us a line!

We also enjoyed the dives with you. It was a great fun by escaping from the ordinary life.

Yes, we were told last November that he got a stroke and was hospitalized. I hope he will get better soon. Now, owner’s cousin (David?) replaces his job. He seems to be a good guy, too.

We are sorry to hear about your GF’s uncle. We hope to see you at BS soon.

It must be a great idea if we can have the internet connection over there. BS has so much primitive diving environment. I hope the owner will realize it soon. At least, if they had a gear rinse area or shower facility, our dives would be more enjoyable.
What bag are you talking about?

Hey guys, thanks for a couple of great dives last weekend. It was fun to meet up with a few more divers from SB.

Land Locked, we have expected to see you last Saturday. Hope to see you at BS anytime soon.

Someone had posted on SB that he had the stroke but didn't know anymore than that. It was good to hear that he was still alive and out and about.
I was asked when I got back to the LDS if I had gotten an air fill and did the new guy fill it slow, Dennis sure didn't. Hoosier, can you fill me iin on this one since I didn't refill?

I have to laugh at this one. Last year I went to Haugh quarry. They have a really nice facility including gear rinse and showers. The funny part is that there is a sign that tells you that it is actually quarry water. So basically you are rinsing your gear in the water that you just came out of. Divers were standing in line just to rinse off, why.

There are two bags that were used for transproting money/valuables in the back of the armored car. There are also several bricks that someone has painted silver right inside the door.

David [?], new guy, filled the tank slowly. He understands why the tank is getting warm during the refill. I used to fill the air by myself over there though. And, I have always questioned about their air quality. Do you have any idea? Hopefully, there won’t be any troubles with my lung.;)

I see your point at Haigh quarry. I mean the tap water, not the hard water from the quarry. You may notice that there is a house up there so I am sure they have a water line. So, it might be feasible idea.

You must be more observant than I am. I didn’t notice it at all.:06:

There is a notice posted in every shelter at BS about the air test. I don't know if they have had one done this year but I know they are monitored. As to how often they are checked, I don't know, I don't think it would be too hard to find out. Glad to hear that they are now filling slowly. Really interesting that they let you fill your own in the past.

The only true showers I have seen or heard of are at Bonne Terre and they charge, too much in my opinion.

The bags were way up in the front corner and covered with a bit of gunk so they might have been in there since late last year.
Ever read the rules that are on the walls? They are different for the driver so read the ones in the back as well as the cab. They are really crazy and makes you wonder how many times someone did this before they posted the rules. My favorite is the one about discharging your gun inside the car.

I had a good time , Alittle chilly but that just keeps you awake!!! Talk about shinkage I think my BC got smaller ;) ;) I don't know about this weekend but I do hope to make it back out the following weekend.

If I dive at BS today morning, do you guys think I am crazy?

It is going to be 64F and Scattered T-Storms. Yeah, I think I am crazy.....

What? And get your equiptment wet?!?!? Are you crazy?

I don't think I will ever forget the OW class that I went to BS with and one of the women thought that we wouldn't dive if it was raining. I asked her why and she said
" because it will be cold and we will get wet."

It is really neat to see the rain, and lightning, from 20' below.
