My brother broke his jaw about 2 months ago. We were wondering if it is safe for him to go diving now?

Well, without knowing the details of the injury, how it was managed, and what his functional status is now, I can't answer the question in any detail. But, in general, when someone with a fracture is no longer in immobilization and has a full range of motion of the affected part, normal activity is OK.
