bp/w w/o sta does the tank pivots on sex bolts?

ok i plan on attaching an oxycheq 30# wing to a DiveRite SS back plate with out a sta. i was wondering if i use plastic sex bolts to secure the wing to bp if this would cause the tank to pivot on them if so is the pivot noticeable? yes i know you can just sandwich the wing between the tank and bp but i rather have it bolted on.

Go ahead and put in the stainless bolts, but as you say the tank will have a little wobble. I fixed that by adding some cam strap cushions, like the ones off a ranger. thread your cam bands thru the cushion as you thread it thru the bp and wing slots. Makes for a really solid and tight fit and stands the tank off just enough to clear the bolt heads.
