what you are interested in is the Eclipse MC System, includes wing BP/harness and SS single tank Adp. $595,, your price is $495+20 to ship. let me know, Bob

Well that is what he quoted me... :)

Not a bad price at all. One issue is that the MC comes with a stainless plate. In warm water diving where you don't have much neoprene to compensate for, lighter aluminum may be a better (some will say safer) choice. Aluminum is also better to travel with. I can't say I care for those Halcyon STAs http://www.halcyon.net/mc/harness.shtml

One thing I will say, one size of plate does indeed "fit" everyone. However, it may not fit *well*. I do not care to have the waist straps running over my lower ribs, which puts a little extra pressure on my breathing effort. I prefer the waist strap on my hip next to the weight belt (if I use one). Standard sized BPs can't do that for my long torso, hense the reason for custom made long plates. Your mileage may vary...

I haven't a clue...I got a private message on this board about a set of Halcyon wings being auctioned on eBay, but the picture showed a whole rig, ....

I saw those yesterday.. I *knew* this sounded somehow familiar...

X-Shorts (not X-pocket) from 5thD are awesome. The pockets are so big you can even take the kitchen sink.

Kind of on a side note about pockets. I'm not quite ready to glue a pocket onto my wetsuit, so I was looking at the X-Pocket. It fits kind of like a drop-down holster, with a loop around the waist strap of the harness, and a larger strap around your thigh. How well do these work? In that pocket I would want to store a spool, DSMB, WetNotes, and shears.
