One of the best features about shearwater is not having to go through a third party to get something corrected which puts them way ahead of everyone else that I’ve ever had to deal with and for rechargeable models ability to be charged with any external do-dads, there are plenty of good computers on the market but SW brings all of the best features, that I care about anyway, together.After sending back over 50 Suuntos with issues, neither do I!

TIA!Customer service and support… there is none better than Shearwater. There is a thread somewhere on SB where SW users share their screen set up preferences. That should give you an idea of options.

I'm not a Tech diver, so I left my perdix in the OC rec mode and customized the display to show what I was interested in seeing.
However, I recently switched it over to Tec mode and just love the flexibility it gives for the info you want to see better displayed without the use of 'mini' displays. That being said, I did want one additional thing to be displayed, but didn't have anymore room, until I discovered that they now allowed 'mini' in the bottom row in Tec, which was a part of their update with the release of the Perdix 2/petrel3(?).
