HK Gov have to feed this monkey using HK tax payers contribution. It isn't fair to everyone locally.
Interestingly his arrival coincide withe the decision to suspense the building of an casino type resort(Macanese money) in Boracay!! He is probably planning to negotiate a new deal on his behalf!!!!
