Hi All

For the record, the P.H in Blue Lagoon is 6.2. My buddy took some water tests at Blue lagoon with very reliable commercial Ph test strips. He is a Level Tech 1 & 2 with the National Pool and Spa Association and has a strong working knowledge in water chemistry. So you can trust his call.
According to the NPSA a 6.2 ph will cause mild eye irritation.
If you are going to dive there ,the best thing to do is rinse your gear when you get home.

With that much acidity there's liable to be other interesting things going on as well... any checks for copper, lead etc? Is it really "blue?" If so I'd check for problematic copper levels too.
