Blue Hole in December

Yup, GF is coming, so no room sharing but I can take someone down as long as they have a ride to the 'hole for morning dives since I'm going to be a late riser -- we'll stay at the BW Adobe as well to make things easy.

Honda Ridgeline with a tonneau cover on the bed, so plenty of room in the back for stuff (I bought the truck with diving in mind) and a comfy back seat.

If someone would like to join us on the ride down you're welcome to come along, but I do request a non-smoker please...

So, who is going down? I heard about 2 hours ago that we are heading down tonight. I will be there at the BH early tomorrow morning and until around 1pm Friday (unless the weather gets worse and we stay Friday night). I'll be there!

I think Ron, Dan, Roakey, and I will be going down Friday, but probably not going to get there in time to dive before a night dive.

We'll return Sun afternoon. I think Kevin, will be coming over on Sat morning. Jame will come in Sat evening in time for a night dive, and I think Jason will be there sometime this weekend too.
But if you leave Fri, you'll likely miss all of us!

We're heading down Friday and not planning on leaving until Monday unless we get forced to race a storm back.

Anyone want to ride down? Or perhaps if a heavily-populated Denver area car comes down I can offload a rider for the drive down?

Here is the plan from CO.

Dan's lovely wife Kathy decided she could not wait another month to hook up with the RMO divers, and she is going down with Dan leaving Friday around noon.

Rick and I are riding down together and leaving Friday morning.

Roakey is driving down Friday with GF. If you want to hook up in Denver we are leaving from Highlands Ranch in the morning, exact time TBD.

We are both planning on leaving on Sunday as I want to get some work in Monday.

We will likely do a night dive Friday evening, and maybe a dive Friday afternoon depending on how we feel, and the temps. Roakey, I would assume you are going to join us in the evening? Maybe try to hook up at the Hole around 7pm or so? We can PM one another to firm that up if needed, and we should exchange some cell numbers.

We are staying at Adobe.

Kevin arrives Saturday morning. James arrives Sat. evening, and we will likely do a Sat. night dive.

Not sure where Kevin is staying, or when James is coming down.

Unfortunately we will miss DiverdownDH as I doubt anyone will be there before they leave on Friday.

Weather is looking reasonable for December.

Do we want to eat in, or out?

If we want to BBQ, which is always fun, unless you can't feel your tongue, we should at least discuss who is going to bring what. We can just all bring whatever, and that usually works out except we end up with too much food!

I'm most likely going to leave my house around 7:30PM CST on Saturday evening. That will put me in Santa Rosa around 9PM MST. I'll PM you guys and exchange cell phone numbers so that if anything changes you will know.

I'm not sure where Kevin is planning on staying either... I suppose I should find out since I'm rooming with him.

Tell me what to bring or what is needed for cooking out. I feel like a bum when I show up with no food.
