I got 75-77 degrees on sunday, and the vis was 20-30 depending on when and where you were.

Anyone get out sunday or monday ? viz and water temp report ?

75 today. With viz 20-30 ft. Still a lot of current. But a nice dive: 3 octopuses, batfish, ragged sea hare, decorator crab, a beautiful cowry plus the usual.
I am without my uw camera right now; shooting with the little flip video in the meantime. Here are a couple stills from today.

It is always a treat to see the Bouyancy Babes even if I can't dive with them. The water was warm and viz certainly very good before the tide change. I never saw the triggerfish but trust that jet did because we see the photo. lol

That is really, really, really good. Has Nat Geo called, yet?

Interesting how different the coloration is on those two. I'm guessing that the banjo music must have been going on whilst there, cause there ain't no way anybody could edit it into the action that accurately. :D

Amazing that the shrimp showed up a couple of times. The few times I've seen them, it's been from a distance. Hard to imagine you being very far away with a +10 diopter. Maybe you've determined that all those guys will go on about their bidness if you just stay still there for long enough?

I'll be there all this week. Five hours of bottom time the last two days. Maybe I'll try to process a few pics.

Thanks Kev.
Not much comment on the video so I'm glad you liked it.
There was about 20 some minutes of video cut down to those couple minutes and yes, a lot of hovering in one spot (till they decided I was a reef) was needed to get that interaction.
I have tons of goby with shrimp footage but that will be for another day.
I can show you a very good spot for it if we can get together when you visit.
