Night dive last night with @MrChen. He showed me a stick about a half inch long and the thickness of a hair. He claims it was a ghost shrimp, but I think he magically made it move...
You mean skeleton shrimp.

Also so one of the biggest nudis I've ever seen there. I call them longhorns, but that is clearly not the correct name.
You saw my strategy for finding them? I shine my flashlight across the top of the seaweed and look for anything which looks like it's branching to the side or moving. I honestly have no idea how I found the first one, it literally was as thin as hair and even after pointing it out, we both questioned my find for a good 5 minutes. In my mind, I was like, I KNOW I just saw it. We were literally looking right at it and it seemed like part of the grass. Just when I was about to give up on the find, we both saw it, but then lost it just as quickly.

Yeah, that. Skeleton shrimp.. :)
Crazy how they don't move.. At least there was one subject that when trying to focus in moving grass beds, current, with detritus floating by that it stayed still..

I dove today, HT was 9:33AM. I arrived at 7:20am and had no problems getting parking along the sidewalk. By 7:45, the 2nd row parking was filling up.

A lot of divers eventually showed up. I went west without my camera. @SubNeo and I picked up a lot of trash. Visibility was maybe 10 ft in front of the beach. It dropped to 5 in areas under the west bridge and was sometimes 15 ft south of the bridge. Water temp was comfortable, mid 80's.

Are your fins red or orange, and your wing says "deep sea supplies" or something like that?

Did we cross paths today?
Yes, Saturday morning, near the last pillar support (the rectangular one before the boat barrier). Me: black/blue shortie, yellow tank, blue/green Force-E bandana.

Oh man, I don't focus on random divers underwater unless they are silting, at which point I get really annoyed. At least you weren't silting hahahaha. Next time say hi in the parking lot!
