I got my hand on some NOS kits and parts, among them a 108 service kit (I mainly bought it for the blue key and blue diaphragm, the orifice is a bonus ofc)
In the spirit of @lexvil‘s posts from the last month, here is the manual included
(Please forgive the bad scans, it os glossy paper, and seems to have been folded for 20+ years)

That manual is awesome. Not one picture. :D

Techs were hardcore back in the day

I swear I need to see schematics, pictures, a video of someone doing it, and I’d still have questions 😅

Thanks for sharing the 108 HP service manual! A rare find and nice addition to the SP files.
For the fun of it, here is the MKVIII & 108HP combo from the 1982 catalog.

I’ll try to make a better scan after flattening it under a mattress or something

If I put a NOS kit on my bcd will I go alot faster?

Cool, interesting to see what was available to us morons before everything was monetized.

Honestly my favorite part is the „adjustment methods I & II“, they account for usage of other 1st stages than the mk8 (or even SP ones), AND a fixed IP source
That special adjustment pressure is just plainly considerate and not „locking you in“ with a proprietary ecosystem
