Curious to know what women go through that men don't even recognize, obv within the context of diving :)
The spaces between the rungs on dive boat ladders usually are sized for the length of an average man’s legs. If you’re short it can be a struggle, and grab bars are sometimes too high or missing altogether.
 
Not talking issues, but just want to say I dive with and know some amazing women divers. They have worked hard on their skills and it shows. I aspire to get my skills as good as theirs. One in particular, but if I ever get my skills where hers are now she will have already progressed further because she is always working on building her skills.
 
Praise where it is due and before you commit to the skills mill you may choose diving instead for the same end
