Oh well... if it turns up again, please let me know Christian.
I bet if you PM PnL he'll post it again somewhere.

I bet Paul would love to have that video live in infamy!

well this sux ...answered my question bout the vis. :shakehead havent been out in a looong while and was looking foward to getting my feet wet in san diego. and cant go on the weekend of the 24th going racing ;) ...guess theres always bug season :D oh.. hi all

Took a drive along 101 this evening.. S. Carlsbad (where I live) was moderate, 3-4 ft waves, occasional 5's... same all along 101 until Del Mar, where the water was really churned up and rough- nasty.. LJ Shores didn't look that bad- 3-4 ft, but choppy with not much of a lull between sets. Marine Room, well... it was high tide and the waves were crashing hard against the stairs- definitely larger swells than normal. LJ Cove- the entire cove was white from foam/froth- and the waves were crashing about 1/3 of the way up the stairs. Casa (children's pool) was the worst- swells were going OVER the walkway/wall and crashing on the other side.. With the angle of that cove, the swells were rising at least 10-15 ft.. Definitely NOT diving conditions :frown:

When it's high tide tomorrow they predict some costal flooding in the low areas. I'll bet Vallecitos will be flooded... I'll have to check it out tomorrow.

I forgot to metion there was a positive dive report today from the LJ Shores...

I'm hoping Malaga Cove will be good tomorrow, since it's a north facing beach and PV may be more sheltered by Catalina.

Anyone been by to take a look at that?

Christian
