Best place for Nitrox fills on Big Island

Can anyone provide advice on who has the best rates for Nitrox fills in the Kona area, Jack's diving locker seems to want $15 for 32% which is extremely steep considering you can get unlimited refills with air. Any thoughts on where to go would be greatly appreciated.

Nitrox fills at Jack's are $12. Nitrox tank rentals are $15. (Both 32%) They have a nitrox fill card (if you have your own nitrox tank) which is discounted.
