I will be heading to the keys in mid Feb. I love to night dive what is the must dive spots in the key largo area.
Best night dives in Key Largo??

There are a number of great spots for night dives. Here are but a few:
- Benwood - Key Largo area
- Molasses Reef - Key Largo area
- Snapper Ledge - Just south of Key Largo
- Petes Reef - Tavernier area
- Davis Reef - Tavernier area
A lot of the shops do night dives on request and need to have at least 4 people to go. Others do them on a regular basis. I'd suggest calling the shop you intend to dive with and see what they have scheduled and if one's not scheduled then request one and let them see what they can do.

The Benwood is a good one. Lots of fish on that wreck.
I've never dove Molasses at night, but I agree with capt gary that it would be good.
The City of Washington (Elbow reef) is also a great night dive. this site is shallow (under 30') so you can make a tank last an hour and half easy. Fish, lobsters, and saw nurse sharks on the 2 or 3 night dives I've done there.

Any good shore dives in Key largo? (that don't require long swims to get to signficant depth) that would also be good shore dives?

You don't want to shore dive in Key Largo. Not unless you like to swim over LOTS of shallow grass spots. 
Back to the OP... my absolute favorite night dive is the Duane. TONS of critters.

Just curious.. It's the same up here in Cape Cod.. With exception of province town where it dramatically drops to over 100 fsw not far from shore! Good for boat operators!

I agree with the City of Washington being a good night dive. Usually get to see the resident Green Moray come of out and play! :tongue:
