Which is the best operator for bunaken

Personally, I prefer to stay at Tasik Ria on the mainland. They run their big boat over to Bunaken every day to dive, and have a half decent house reef for critter dives in the late afternoon/evening if you feel up to it.

You will get many different recommendations - I like Froggies many others are also highly recommended.

I like to stay Mainland rather than being tucked on Bunaken, so there are bunaken wall dives and Manado bay/Popoh area muck diving. Murex is my choice then.
Otherwise on Bunaken, Twofish is never a disappointment.

I stayed in Bastianos. Dive guide were young, but really good. Resort was o.k.

Our favourite is Froggies...based on Bunaken island and Lembeh. Good food and accommodation and only minutes to the dive sites. They will also sort out all transfers for you and are quick to respond by email. Another plus, you only pay for the dives you do. So if you change your mind on the morning and don't feel up to diving, you are not charged.

Murex is pretty good, they have a decent house reef, but didn't have a camera room when I was there last year.
