Yep, that's the article I saw! Good eye! Talk about a traumatic event for everyone on the boat, I can't even imagine.

what a terrible way to go. The article said that the case ended in favor of the families, is that because the capt. should have turned off the motor completely before allowing divers to enter? if that's the case, its another lesson to learn...make sure the engine is completely off, not just in idle. Of course, I wouldn't want to enter even if the capt says its in idle, how would you know its not spinning and you can't see it, and the boat is not moving enough to perceive.
