I can recommend Greg from ocean quest and Todd Powell. Greg does and excellent DSAT course and Todd does UTD. Both very experienced and great mentors.

If you're looking for good instructors, I'd opt for Steve and Shirley White at Nanaimo Dive Outfitters. They run a full TDI Tech program that includes Advanced Trimix, Advanced Wreck and RB programs. It's good to get training from people who can take you to the next level.

Actually they don't teach any advanced tech, wreck, trimix or CCR, I teach it for them
