No, apparently in the signature page, on the second half of the page, there is a signature picture link upload tool.

After you upload this image, you just insert [sigpic][/sigpic] and nothing more... exactly where you want that image to appear in your sig line.

posting and more importantly linking to large images has been disabled in the signature fields. Mostly due to the political banner ads being posted and linked to recently. details here:

They changed the way pictures in the signature work so some of us lost our clickable pics.
You have to upload the picture and embed it using [SIGPIC] tag as El Orans posted above.
