Bali - Recommended dive op for deep diver speciality?

I've wrangled a week in Bali on the way home from a conference and am thinking about doing deep diver speciality course while there. I've dived Bali before, (Amed, Tulamben, Pemuteran, Penida) but never done a course, so don't know which operators would have good instructors. Any personal recommendations?

For any deep diver course, I would recommend a dive outfit that offers technical dive courses and deeper knowledge (no pun intended) of this type of diving.
Specialists instructors will be able to teach you beyond the minimum requirements and allow you to get more bang for your bucks.
