I just booked my plane tickets today, think we will be staying at the Costa Real (formerly Plaza Las Glorias)

You forgot to mention water temps, what were the water temps and what did you use for exposure protection?

I don't have a thermometer on my dives, but I was told the water temps were in the low 80s. We wore 3mm shorties and did not have any problems.

Have a great trip!

I was in Cabo oct4 and 5 just 2 days on my way to cancun for a week but the water was great 3 mil shorties are fine as long as u stay out of the thermos. vis was unbelievable for the most part 50ft + thats a guess but probably much more. we saw a school of mantas sea horses around the sand falls and a huge bait ball that we sat in until the sea lions came in and scattered them to kingdom come hehe all in all it was a great trip i paid 75 for 1 day 2 tanks including all gear didnt even go to the dive shop all the gear was ready and waiting on the boat for the whole 3 minute ride to the point. The current was very strong on the other side of the point but we stayed on the bottom about 60 ft and pulled our way through the sand there was no swimming against it. As long As u had fun sf it sounds great i know i did. And by the way we went to Senor Frogs no Cabo Wabo I was pretty drunk the second day didnt care where i went hehehe
