Sorry to hear about this. A wreck in the Galapagos, I mean. It would seem difficult to justify running into an island, and as badly damaged as described, wasn't a minor error.

The Aggressor I has been refloated and is being towed to Guayaquil.

This is from 6/19, so more than spill control took place. Although I agree that spill control was prudent until it got refloated.
