bad IQ700 and even worse customer service

My IQ700 computer died, second one in 1 year. i know they are
discontinued model but i bought them new year ago.
They are nice tech gauges so i have few., 3 to be exact.

Called TUSA number from this board to get RMA., and was told that i HAVE TO go through distributor.
Needless to say it will cost more then new computer, and i have no one close to me to begin with.
I left a message no one got back to me on this problem.
I wrote a post on this board and it was deleted without resolving a problem.

I have last TUSA computer left.... and no one to suppot me.. thanks TUSA for nothing

We will investigate this further. Please email scuba@tusa.com a copy (scan or legible image) of your original sales receipt from a US authorized retailer and your complete contact details and this information will be passed on to the appropriate service supervisor for follow-up early next week.
