Just got back from mexico and am ready to dive in good ole NC. I left fingernail marks in the walls of the caves in Mex where they had to drag me out. I'd still be there in a cave somewhere if I didn't have to go back to work. Oh. well....

Hmmm....it's cold here at home..........the seas were 5-6ft this week.......hmm....How much would another ticket to Mex cost????

I am sooooooo jealous! I hope you both can post some pictures for the ones stuck in our offices this season.

Remember we have our NCWD monthly chat tonight at 8pm. Check out the SB calendar, details should be there. Join in and tell us about the trips! We'll also talk about the upcoming FL springs trip in Feb., and the April wreck trip.

I live in AZ and dove in the Cenotes across from Coz a few years back, oh that was fine. I've been thinking of doing a trip out east perhaps this spring/summer can you give me an idea of water temps at those times of year. I'm still diving wet (semi-dry) but don't do to well in cold water due to an ear infection in my youth. If I can find the right temps I'll be triing to get there to NC, so what do you say? Roger

Hi Roger,

Check out this website regarding year-round water temps off NC. http://www.nodc.noaa.gov/dsdt/cwtg/satl.html

We'd love to have you join us on some dives. Keep checking the NCWD forum for upcoming club wreck dives this summer. If you can't join us on an outing, we'd be glad to give you the name of some dive shops on the coast for your trip.

maybe I can catch a trip that's happening when I'm in the neighborhood. That site that Suthnbelle, mentioned about the weather conditions will be a big help in the planning stages of my proposed trip. Thanks again, maybe we'll get wet together. Roger
