We spent a week in the Marsa Alam area, we had many great dives. Saw some hammerhead sharks at the Elhpinstone, turtles during a night dive in the Claudia, there were many smaller and larger animals. Our boat was the Cassiopeia, great crew, nice service... The water was 29 Celsius degrees warm, we enjoyed. In the country we didn't experience any signs of an unrest, it seemed safe.
I decided to share some photos.

Glad you had fun , sounds like the boat wasnt bad either and some very nice photos too
marsa alarm is a fair way of the beaten track so should be safe!

Yeah, I like this boat, we use to choose this when we travel to Egypt, and the price of the trip was less than 600 euros for a week. Altough some guys worried about the situation in Egypt, nobody couldn't resist this offer.:)
