Our meetings are informal social gatherings. Arrive at your leisure,
but know that happy hour ends at 7PM, and features a free snack
buffet!

The Downside Grille
2375 E Camelback Rd.
Phoenix, AZ

South Side of Camelback, just west of 24th St.
Located in base of office building.
Free Valet parking or parking lot parking with Validation.
(Don't forget to bring in your stub and get it validated)

There is a mellow piano band (Billy Joel songs were mentioned.)

Classy looking hardwood bar with lots of seating and outdoor patio.
Feel free to show up dressed for work or casually.

Well, November's meeting had a record turnout. Everyone was there
except you! Where were you? 15+ people showed up.

Now we tried Wednesday. If you like Wednesday more or Thursday more
or whatever, go vote on which day we should meet:

Steve printed it onto various colored papers and it seems to
contrast best on a Yellow background.

I will be writing a letter to introduce us to the 14 local Scuba
shops. If any of you have a good relationship with any of the local
shops and feel that you could help introduce us to them, drop me an
email. Any help in smoothly introducing us to all the stores
simultaneously is appreciated.

We are hoping for them allow us to put a stack of our fliers in
their store in exchange for us allowing them to post to our group
monthly. Hopefully all 14 will take interest and will play nicely
together. I do not want to see our group adopted by or pooped on by
any of them; I just want a sympatric relationship.

It was good to see the familiar faces, and new faces as well. Great
Venue- we will repeat that one!

The Monastery is located behind The Long John Silver's on the
Northwest corner of Indian School and 28th street. From the Squaw
Peak (Rt 51), go East on Indian School to 28th St. Go left (North).
It will be on your left, and you will turn into a dirt parking lot.
