YOU could set one up. Pick the time & place, post a new thread in the Coz forum with an informative title such as SB Dinner at ?? Cafe ?? Night with the rest of the info in post 1, ask for posts on who & how many to get an idea how many to allow for, then ask your dive Op or hotel to call the Cafe to set up a reserved area/table.

I like 7pm, but I have been told that's too early - 8pm works better, so I'll probably post 7:30pm on mine as very few arrive on time anyway.
