I like to smoke a good cigar when I'm out walking the golf course. Could be 4-5 walking miles a day depending on how I'm playing. I play golf a couple times a week during the warmer season and maybe a few times a month in the winter. Assuming that all of my knowledge, skills and gear configurations are all 100% GUE compliant... and I was upfront and honest with GUE about my golfing cigar habit, would I still be allowed to be a certified GUE diver?
Probably not, but if you're asking a serious question and want a definitive answer then contact GUE directly. They're usually pretty responsive and you can't necessarily rely on anything you read here.

I do have a question.

Only if the cigar is halcyon. If this is the case, you don't even need to prove your skills - you immediately get tech3 and cave3 cards

So just so I understand this statement.....You have read the same exact threads over and over...since electrons were born and then you take the bait and feel the need to react?

Have fun!!! What a concept!

And all while not having sex with Monica. How many can claim that high level of discipline! Bill would have made an excellent DIR/GUE diver!

Since you obviously like to enjoy yourself why would you want to be a GUE diver.

I have no interest or need or want to become a certified GUE / DIR diver. However, I am always interested in any new techniques, philosophies and equipment configurations since I might learn something that I decide is valuable to me personally........ so I can appreciate anything the GUE/DIR agency has to offer in that regard. It's my choice to take it or leave it.

The only reason I am even reacting and responding to this thread is because that's what we do here. I didn't start this thread. I'm just reacting to it and giving my personal opinion. If you don't want to hear other folks opinions, then don't ask for them.
