Yeah, it's about that time again. We haven't had a GUE argument in, what, at least a week?

After 682 posts, if you do not know what everyone's attitudes towards, and from GUE folks are, congratulations, your lobotomy was successful.

BTW, I heard that GUE and PADI were merging to form a new agency, "Global Professional Underwater Diving Explorer's Instruction." That's GPU-DEI for short.

With 77 years on this earth, I’ve found that those that are “legends in their own minds” have difficulty presenting a message that others are willing to receive. Rather, it is the quiet professional that is successful.

Nah dude it’s always the loudest, most brash people. Absolutely incorrect (sarcasm intended). 🙂↔️

Now we have stooped so low to start bashing the bashers!!!:p

any hose longer than 24" is a waste of rubber
Then the only person I could have as a dive buddy would be my wife in case of an OOG emergency

Man this exact thread has been on the internet since electrons were born. You all take the bait every damn time. Find something, anything, unique or original to talk about.
So just so I understand this statement.....You have read the same exact threads over and over...since electrons were born and then you take the bait and feel the need to react?
Have fun.
Have fun!!! What a concept!

I do have a question.

I like to smoke a good cigar when I'm out walking the golf course. Could be 4-5 walking miles a day depending on how I'm playing. I play golf a couple times a week during the warmer season and maybe a few times a month in the winter. Assuming that all of my knowledge, skills and gear configurations are all 100% GUE compliant... and I was upfront and honest with GUE about my golfing cigar habit, would I still be allowed to be a certified GUE diver?
