Warm water worked well on the PB-300. I put a Chinese take out container in the sink with the PB-300 can in it and let the warm water slowly cascade over the can for about 15 minutes

Threw craps on the MSDS Idea..

It reads: 80-85% MEK
<20 % proprietary resin
<20% proprietary High Molecular weight polymer.

Does the MSDS not give a manufacturer name? or emergency contact number that you can hunt down....?
 
Nice backdoor way to unlocking top secret industrial recipes with the MSDS sheets. Excellent thinking! Somebody needs to ask for an MSDS sheet on mask de-fogger. Probably find out its 95-97% H2O and a dash of squid urine........
