Hi i would like to know if anybody know what ( glue/ sealant ) to put on the foot seams of a aqualung fusion bullet drysuit , thank you very much in advance

I use Gear Aid Seam Grip on my Fusion socks, and usually finish it by gluing down a strip of ripstop nylon or Gear Aid Tenacious Tape to keep everything sliding. You'll find that fixing those socks becomes a regularly scheduled maintenance task. It's just their nature. So, I like to wait until my feet are getting pretty soaked before I start patching I have one suit that has so much Aquaseal on the socks that I had to change to thinner wool socks get them into my boots. But I'm scheduling some time over the winter (once I've squared away my backup suit) to replace those giant wads of sealant with some heavier duty compressed neoprene socks.

First, there was a silent recall on Aqualung Fusion suits that had the inner core made in Mexico. If your suit is one of those, as was mine which leaked along the seams at the heel, I recommend reaching out to the Aqualung folks in British Columbia to see if they will replace your core with a made in Canada one (as they did for me and many others).

Second, if you are using Fusion boots, the scratchy side velcro on the footbed and back of the boots tends to abrade the feet material of the suit. I put the fuzzy side of similar width velcro in place to reduce the possibility damage due to abrasion.

Third, if sending your suit back to Aqualung is not in the cards, then SeamGrip and Aquaseal are good products to use, and of course you can go the thermonuclear route that happy-diver took and just coat the entire foot portion with a sealant.

Brush on the feet, spatula on the knees

No outer fabric no neoprene left just fabric on the inside

Just shove your favorite sauce bottle inside and replace the flexible neoprene with flexible rubber
