Atomic Ti2 'Octo' with integrated Y splitter

Anyone ever see this Atomic 'Octo' before? I popped it open and noticed some visible corrosion. Here is the original ad + some pix:

This is an Atomic Ti2 titanium integrated octopus. This just plugs right into your standard power inflator. It has been professionally serviced. All o-rings, seats, Schrader valve, and diaphragm have been changed. Comes with a 30 day warranty.

just saw the ad quote "runs into power inflator"

Seems like an AIR2 type thing, esp with that rotated mouthpiece, but the only Ti2 schematic I could find looked like this

So I reached out to Atomic and sent them pictures - they confirmed it was not an Atomic product. It appears as if a Ti2 purge cover snuck its way onto another companies regulator. Can any of the reg experts help ID it? @buddhasummer maybe?

Thats definitely the Y adaptor, but the one I purchased has a different puck body than the genesis's body above. I wonder if its a but of a "put spare pieces together that were laying around the bench" Frankenstein reg?

My guess is that along the purge cover disintegrated and some one jury-rigged the AA purge cover.

I wonder if the 30 Warranty covers forgeries?

so I contacted Atomic and sent those pix and a couple others

they said that the reg above was not produced by them. Looks like a purge cover swapperoo

Damn! That thing is at pole position for Frankenreg title
Just for novelty sake I’d say buy it (but arm twist the seller into a good price since they are lying (or are oblivious giving the benefit of doubt))
