I picked up a used Aeris Atmos Pro dive computer about a year ago or so (works great btw) and recently wanted to use the dive downloader for my PC. Since they discontinued the Atmos Pro, the last hardware/software kit was for Win 95/98. I run Windows 2000. I asked Aeris directly if this was a problem before I invested the $40 and a tech responded that the dive downloader (http://www.diveaeris.com/rcProd1.asp?id=13&c1=2) will not work with Windows 2000 due to changes in the communication protocol that would require cable and software redesign. Is there anyone out there that has tried this and got it to work anyway?
