I'll go get that million out of my wallet for you. Oh shoot my wife must of got it out this morning for lunch money.

300,000 down.

5000/month for 20 years

The park has decent restrooms and showers. I would actually consider adding bunk houses. There is enough space.

I really would not concider buying the Athens Scuba Park,,,,but if the CSSP ever hits the market I will talk turkey with those folks.

I thought the Valhalla missile silo had a long-running price of $250,000, but nobody ever bit. Now THAT would be a cool purchase.

The silo I would drain out the first 50' of water from the tube....build a multi level vacation home/office with my own dive tank below and all underground...now that would be "kool".

I would. I would need to be allowed to do my due diligence first and look at the books for the last 5 years. This would span the time of before CSSP opened and after. I would get a decent idea of how it has effected the business.

I think Athens still has plenty of potential of making money. It could use some development.

The land that holds CSSP has been in that family a long time. Don't think it will sell any time soon.

Ok Let's all cough up some money and buy a scuba park together. ...what else does the dream scuba park need? :06:

A return on investment?

, hmmm what else does the dream scuba park need? :06:

How about an owner who will actually WARN the two blonde females in front of him (who have just handed over hard earned $$) that there is a very distinct possibility that their hair will turn GREEN as soon as they hit the water?

Baking soda and shampoo mix will quickly remove the green. But, the point is, a smart business owner should realize that people hate to be tricked. They should encourage repeat business by at least warning them to wet their heads first in the shower to reduce the porosity of their hair- an alert employee did offer "green-out" shampoo after our dives- proof to me that they knew in advance what would happen. Good PR is more important than nickel and diming people.
