I use the switchblade on a Hero 4 housing, the lens bezel (opening in the switchblade) is 35mm by 33.5mm.

Ended up getting a 57mm flip adapter, it was just a tiny big, I just used some hot glue to get a good seat on it. Using it with a diopter for up close
My Osmo Action 3 arrives this weekend. It has a UCC sensor just like the paralenz which means it may not need a red filter to color correct to satisfaction.
I hope to do an A/B comparison with the H7B with red filter on my next trip.

I have the original Osmo Action and it works great with the built-in underwater white balance setting. I never use a red filter and color correction is very easy in Davinci
