Firstly, do they work?

Secondly, what happens if you take the mask off underwater (for whatever reason)?

Thirdly, used, not uses sorry.

TIA.

For $15 you can do the same thing with Doc's Pro Plugs (vented ear plugs which make them dive safe) and still do mask clears and still shop around for a good fitting mask. This mask will not fit all faces, just ike every mask on the market.

With this mask if you take it off or it leaks, you're finishing the dive with water in the cups (ie water in your ears).

Never used it, but there are better options.

Never used it but have an opinion on it?

After some info from those that have actually tried it.
I have checked out Docs plugs already.
Cheers

Aye; reading opinions and experience from the archives here is a beautiful thing ain't it?

If you do a search you will find quite a few threads. Here is one example...

Thanks, the only one I could find was over 4 years old.
Some good reports on that thread you listed.

Dont get upset because I did not take your opinion based on other peoples reports as gospel.

Several students have used them and loved them, and swear that was the only way they could equalize . I told them I was glad they found a solution that worked for them. (M y honest reaction was WTF????, but then again I have never had any problems equalizing ever.)

I think many things about scuba are best thought of in terms of what works, works, and arguing with people who have found what out works for them is kind of fruitless.

Almost no one actually dives enough, with enough different equipment, in actual controlled variables, to have actual justified beliefs on what works for them anyway. Those with enough experience/opportunity can make anything work. (Not me though.)
