In the past, I have found the people directly involved in serious projects like this very receptive to private communications and willing to share their knowledge. I don't know whether any of the folk you need to hear from will see your question here. They are not particularly hard to find as a rule, if you look.
 
I think I recall reading that pneumatic rotary hammers have been used for shallower (or however far your supply line can reach into a cave) anchors?

If it's freshwater just bring nuts and cams, how badass would that be. Black Diamond can easily make a habitat from haulbag material, they should start marketing expedition dive gear! :cool:

what Po2 did you mix the gas for in the habitat (assuming you had more than one?) Mixing up a brew to reach 1.4 is acheivable but what the about deeper ones -say 30m when your coming in off a deep dive - did you use trimix? and how did you monitor c02 with a scrubber ? or did you stay on the loop
Filled it with air, breathed off the loop or surface supplied o2.
