Anyone know how to make a portable gear hanger/washer

In my dive bag I have several Suction cups that are around 3" in diameter that are strong enough to hold a BCD on regular tile....often I'll use two and a length of cord to hang the gear on to dry. This works great and cost me 20$ for all the suction cups and the corp/rope I have plenty of already.
