Anyone have one of those "Diver Tool Kits" from Zeagle? Comments?

I was thinking of getting one of these. They're available with, or without a slate. I'd appreciate any comments and/or opinions on these things, if you have one. Thanks!

I own one, without the slate and I'm happy with the way it is put together and the way it looks. I haven't put it to much use yet, but I have no doubt the knife and shears will do their job when required.
