Since I found this board a couple weeks back I think I have developed a serious addiction. I think my boss is going to kill me if he sees this page up on my screan again!:boom:

Funny you should say that, i spend my days waiting to be told someone has replied to one of my posts, "Can't help myself gotta get another fix and a dictionary too!)

Addictive? NAH! :bonk: :goofy: :help:

I can quit any time... really I can. This is my last post ..... wait, that topic is interesting!! I have to post on that one too. I will quit right after that post now...(repeat as needed)

I don't think I'm addicted - I view it as a temporary fix until the ice melts. Okay, who am I kidding, its my home page at home and work, I spend lunch hour on the board, and anytime during the day I got 5 minutes to kill, you know where I am. I check for pm's before I check my emails, cause I know the pm's will be more fun!!

This really is an excellent place to learn - Divers from all over, all types, and all levels, all certs ..... yeah, I'm addicted.

:) SS

Yeah it is addictive. I usually just browse without posting as I'm very new to diving and don't feel that I have a great deal to contribute at the moment.

I am however very familiar with forums/bulletin boards. The main key to keeping a forum in top shape is to keep it friendly while keeping out the trolls/trouble makers who want to cause disruption. If you can throw in a few good discussion topics too, you are on to a winner and from the looks of it here, everything looks fine! :)

but us trolls show up when least expected. As for addicting, I limit myself to 15 minutes... per every 30 that is. Actually, I find myself on site downloading or waiting for a prog to execute, so I occupy myself for a few minutes.

"Im a scubaboardaholic" :boozer:

There....Ive taken the first step on the road to recovery! Wait a minute. I dont want to recover.

I just love this forum. Divers from all over the world with all kinds of experiences to learn from and chat with.

How can any serious scuba diver not be addicted to this place

Nothing original from me just a BIG DITTO what everybody else said.

Amen ScoobyDoo--no recovery needed wanted or desired here unless of cousre I'm not here due to actual bubble blowing.
