I won't buy Apeks after the way they treated Phil Ellis (I hate their internet policy in the US as well) but if I would, I'd be very tempted by the XTX200. That's a nice reg.

If I can get a room, I'll be in Aquaventure this weekend. I'll be testing a new set of doubles and the Dive Rite Classic wings. I can also bring my 15 litre "DirZone" Cub Artic singles rig for anybody who wants to test drive it.

I test drove the DirZone kit last weekend and saw no discernible operational differences between it and the "H" version; with the exception of the former being built of thick cordura outer shell. I have no price yet on it, but I hope it will be less than the original.

Wait till the Beuchat VX200's get to the Philippines... they route and function similarly. They will be costed to compete with the best that Apeks or Scubapro has to offer.

Please also note the functional similarity of the Beuchat 2nds to the SP/Apek second stages. Figure on next month for the first shipments:coffee:
